Important: Notice of Publisher and Operation Changes

Dear Authorizers,

Level Infinite would like to share some important news about Tower of Fantasy. Starting from February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0), the game will be published, operated, and managed by Perfect World Games, the parent company of Hotta Studio.

Please accept the transfer of your Tower of Fantasy data to a Perfect World Games Account in order to ensure your game progress, virtual currency, items, and purchased services remain unaffected.

We're committed to making the transition to a new publisher for Tower of Fantasy as seamless as possible. Rest assured, our servers will remain active until February 23, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+0), ensuring you can continue enjoying the same high-quality gaming experience you've come to love.

Here is the important information you need to know:

1. How Will This Affect Tower of Fantasy Data?

To allow users to continue playing Tower of Fantasy with their existing gaming progress, we will open a "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page from December 27, 2024 to April 24, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0).

Users who agree to transfer their data will have their Tower of Fantasy data migrated to the new publisher. Users who do not agree to the transfer or fail to authorize the transfer within the specified timeframe will have their Tower of Fantasy data deleted.

For details on what Tower of Fantasy Data is transferred, please refer to the User Notice on the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page.

2. How to Authorize Data Transfer?

2.1 For users logging in via LEVEL INFINITE PASS, Apple, Google, Facebook, X, Line, or Steam:

Users can authorize the transfer and link to a Perfect World Account by accessing the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page through an in-game pop-up after logging in or via this link.

Note: The authorization page will be open from December 27, 2024 to April 24, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0). You need to confirm on this page whether you agree to the Tower of Fantasy Data Transfer. After the change of publisher "Tower of Fantasy" will adhere to the new publisher's privacy policy. Please read the "Perfect World Games Privacy Policy" carefully before authorizing data transfer.

2.2 For users using guest accounts or Epic Games accounts:

Note: Due to platform restrictions on guest data and the discontinuation of support for the Epic Games platform, data cannot be directly transferred.

Those users must first link their account to a LEVEL INFINITE PASS account by February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0), and then complete the authorization process on the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page to avoid data loss.

3. What If I Do Not Consent to the Tower of Fantasy Data Transfer?

You can choose to wait until the Level Infinite server shuts down without making a decision, or you can opt to decline the data transfer authorization on the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page. After selecting, you will still be able to play until the Level Infinite servers shut down on February 23, 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+0). All related Tower of Fantasy data under your Level Infinite account will be deleted on April 30, 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+0).

To avoid loss of your gaming rights or affecting your normal gaming experience, please consider carefully before confirming your decision.

Alternatively, you can request data deletion in advance via the in-game Settings > Compliance Management > Data Privacy section, and we will assist you in completing the process.

4. Can I Modify My Transfer Decision?

You can modify your transfer decision through “Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page before February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0). After this date, changes to your authorization decision will no longer be permitted.

5. Publisher Transition Timeline

- December 27, 2024: "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page goes live.

- December 27, 2024 to February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0): Data transfer and decision modification period.

- February 14, 2025 04:00 (UTC+0): Transition of store/app publishing rights; in-game top-up services disabled.

- February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0): Level Infinite servers officially shut down; original Customer Service and related services discontinued.

- The go live date for the new server will be announced by Perfect World Games.

- February 23 16:00 to April 24, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0) (Extended Data Transfer Confirmation Period): Extended authorization confirmation period to give users more time for additional data transfers.

- April 24, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0): Final closure of "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page.

- April 30, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0): Tower of Fantasy data for which authorization was declined or not completed will be deleted.

6. Who to Contact About Your Data Rights?

Before >February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0), we will continue to handle game operations and Tower of Fantasy data. - After data transfer:

After February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0), the new publisher will take over game operations.The new publisher will also handle Tower of Fantasy data management.In case of any inquiries or if you wish to exercise your data subject rights, please do not hesitate to contact Perfect World Games.

Please note that once the transition is complete, your User Agreement with us will no longer apply to the game. Any terms and conditions will be governed by the new user agreement established by the new publisher. Starting from February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0), please contact the new publisher directly for any issues, complaints, or disputes related to game operations.

Account Transfer User Notice

Please read carefully and confirm below.

1. Data Transfer Process

a. When the function becomes available, you can access this "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page through an in-game pop-up or link. You need to first read this  Data Transfer User Notice and agree to it before you start the Tower of Fantasy data transfer process.

b. To transfer your Tower of Fantasy data, your Level Infinite games’ account has to be linked to a Perfect World  Games Account. After you click the "Confirm Transfer" button to authorize the data transfer, you will be redirected to the login page for the Perfect World Games Account. If you have not yet registered a Perfect World Games Account, you can do  so there. If you do not wish to transfer your Tower of Fantasy  data to a Perfect World Game Account, please cancel the process. However, all Tower of Fantasy data in your current Level Infinite games’ account will be deleted after the period specified in this Notice.

c. One Perfect World Games Account can only be linked to one Level Infinite games’ account (which includes LEVEL INFINITE PASS, Facebook, LINE, X, Google, Apple, and Steam accounts). Once your Perfect World Games Account is verified, you may enter the page by linking your Level Infinite games’ account and Perfect World Games Account. Please use a Perfect World Games Account without any other Tower of Fantasy characters to ensure a smooth data transfer.

d. Once you confirm the details of your Level Infinite games’ account and Perfect World Games Account, you can click the "Link & Proceed" button to confirm the transfer. Your Tower of Fantasy data transfer authorization is successfully submitted if "Your data transfer request has been submitted" pops up. Then all the transferable Tower of Fantasy data specified in Section 6 of this Notice under your current Level Infinite games’ account will be transferred to the Perfect World Games Account.

e. After Perfect World Games launches its Tower of Fantasy servers, you can log in with your Perfect World Games Account to check your Tower of Fantasy game  data. Please contact Perfect World Games if you wish to find out more details (Email: tofcs_global@pwrd.com).

2. Data Transfer Period

This "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page will remain available until April 24, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0). You can make changes to your authorization submission any time before February 23, 2025, 16:00 (UTC+0). However, no changes can be made to your decision after that time. Once this "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization Verification" page is closed, you cannot submit any data transfer application.

3. Transfer Requirements

a. In order to authorize the Tower of Fantasy data transfer, you need to be registered and logged in to Tower of Fantasy through LEVEL INFINITE PASS, Facebook, LINE, X, Google, Apple, and Steam before February 23, 2025, 16:00 (UTC+0).

b. Due to the restrictions on guest accounts and as the new publisher no longer supports the Epic Games platform, any guest account and Epic Games Account holders cannot directly transfer their Tower of Fantasy data. If you have a guest account or an Epic Games Account and wish to transfer, please first link your guest account or an Epic Games Account to your LEVEL INFINITE PASS through the account center before the server shuts down, and then complete the data transfer authorization process specified  hereunder. If you do not complete the above menitoned process, it will be deemed that you do not agree to the data transfer authorization and all of your Tower of Fantasy data will be deleted after the period specified in this Notice.

4. For this Tower of Fantasy data transfer, Proxima Beta Pte. Limited will be the provider of the data and FEDEEN GAMES LIMITED will be the recipient of the data.

5. Server After Transfer

Once the Tower of Fantasy data transfer is complete, please refer to the relevant Perfect World Games information for how to log into the corresponding new servers.

6. Tower of Fantasy Data to Be Transferred

●Character Data: Your in-game character, including UID, level, appearance, nickname, and simulacra.

●In-Game Items: All items in your inventory, such as equipment, materials, outfits, vehicles, etc.

●Home-Related: Home structures and combat beasts.

●Purchasable Currency: Unused currency, such as tanium, dark crystals, and gold.

●Purchases: Packs, Monthly Passes, Passes, and other monetized content.

●Game Progress: Main Story Missions, instance progress, achievements, event progress (Returner Event will end), and rewards already claimed.

●Friends and Social Data: Friend lists, blocklists, and Crew-related information.

7. Tower of Fantasy Data Not to Be Transferred

Data such as that of leaderboards, chat history, purchase history, and operation log data will not be transferred.

Leaderboard data is untransferable data, so you must climb the leaderboard again after transfer.

8. Rejection of Data Transfer

Please kindly note the following reminders if you do not agree to the Tower of Fantasy data transfer:

a. After Level Infinite shuts down its servers of Tower of Fantasy on February 23, 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+0), you will no longer be able to log in to the current Tower of Fantasy game with your Level Infinite games’ account.

b. After Perfect World Games launches its server of Tower of Fantasy, you will be not able to access your current Tower of Fantasy data if you do not transfer such data under your Level Infinite games’ account to your Perfect World Games Account. Perfect World Games do not have any access to the Tower of Fantasy data under your Level Infinite games’ account.

c. On April 24, 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+0), this "Tower of Fantasy Transfer and Authorization Verification" page will be closed and game data transfer authorization will no longer be available.

d. Before April 30, 2025 at 16:00 (UTC +0), your Tower of Fantasy data under current Level Infinite games’ account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

9. Declaration

Once you confirm by following the page instructions, it will be deemed that you have acknowledged and accepted all the content of this Notice.
